Ken, you may underestimate or under appreciate your approachability which makes me think of an airport runway, 25R to be precise, but I don’t think you fly, so maybe I’m thinking of golf, which I think would be addressability, but I don’t think you play golf either, but it’s something about how you sit at a bar, unpretentious and not overly chatty, just waiting for something to open up that will accept your rye wit, though I’ve not had rye at your house but I have had wry and we’ve never been to a bar together which I think is long overdue so I’m grasping for insight here, but I think you’re on to something, something about you and Santa Fe. Lean in to it bra’, next thing you know they’ll wanna run you for mayor. Don’t do it, which you wouldn’t, I know. Approachability is a liability in politics because the people think they can get a piece of you. Now, they just sense this aura of a friendly guy with no agenda but a good pizza, a gin and tonic, though I don’t know if that’s your gin drink of choice. Keep on running on. I know I enjoy it. Love ya.
I happened to be wearing what you described as a "Swedish school boy" shirt today, though others have thought of it as Newport sailor shirt, so was thinking of you.
I'm a seasonal drinker. Bourbon in the fall/winter and gin in spring/summer - so G&T tonight. One can have a [gin] martini anytime, as in any season or anytime of day. I will mention, hazy IPAs are good for jams, unless visiting elder case housing, then a flask of bourbon. Be well.
What has happened to this guy! Get him to bring back the grumbling, the snark and the wry humor! WTF
Wonderful!
I appreciate the compliment. heck, I appreciate any comment but they are better when it is soemthing nice, which is where you shine :-)
I always want to know about the food! Also, the margaritas and gin resonate.
